Not too busy and no wait on a Monday evening for my party of 4. Ordering is via QR code so didn't have much interaction with the employees. Clean interior. Food came pretty quickly. We shared the pork head and cucumber (cold dish) and each got our own noodle dish. The pork head and cucumber was pretty refreshing. For my noodle dish, I got the beef potato noodles. I went with the original flavor which is described as slightly spicy. It wasn't as spicy as the Szechuan potato noodles but still had a kick to it. The beef was like standard hot pot beef. The ingredients were also pretty standard. The noodles really stood out to me though! Very chewy and bouncy and I enjoyed the dish overall. Broth had good strong flavor too. All of the bowls were also piping hot temperature wise. I think their prices are fairly affordable ($15.99 per bowl) while also providing pretty generous portions.

4.5 STARS apparently super potato has lots of locations in china, but this is their only location in the US! their specialty is potato noodles, and they also offer a variety of potato appetizers. besides potatoes, they also serve meat dishes, rice plates, and fruit teas. if you want to try multiple things, i recommend getting one of the combos, which comes with a noodle dish (combo A) or rice plate (combo B), a potato appetizer, and a fruit tea. - szechuan potato noodles (4/5): i LOVED the flavor of the soup! it was spicy, but i didn't think it was too spicy compared to other szechuan soups - just be careful so it doesn't go down the wrong pipe. even though the bowl looked small, it was super filling. i liked the amount and variety of toppings they gave, which included fish cakes, tofu, veggies, enoki mushrooms, and quail eggs. i was surprised by how soft and delicate the noodles were - beef potato noodles with half potato noodle and half regular noodle (5/5): this soup had a kick (though less so than the szechuan)! it included a good portion of beef and had very similar toppings to the szechuan soup (excluding the bean curd strips). i actually preferred the regular noodles to the potato noodles because i liked the chewier texture, but it was fun to have a mix of the two. my boyfriend liked the silky, soft feel of the potato noodles but also preferred the springy regular noodles - super potatoes (5/5): SO addicting! i couldn't stop eating them, even after i was full. they had a delicious sweet and slightly spicy chili flavor. this was our favorite dish, and i would come back just for these - passion mango fruit tea (4/5): very classic passionfruit mango tea. we didn't adjust the sugar, but i would probably order it less sweet next time since the syrup did gather near the bottom. i loved the crunch that the passionfruit seeds added to the drink, and it was refreshing to sip on in between bites of the soup overall i really liked super potato, although i preferred the regular noodles to their specialty potato noodles. they were still good though! i thought the price for everything was fair, and the flavor was on point. i would definitely come back, especially for the super potatoes.

If you're like me and love soup and thick noodles, this is the place for you! Located in the same plaza as Grocery Outlet, Paris Baguette, Tong Sui, and K Cafe, the parking lot is quite spacious and parking isn't as daunting. The restaurant's interior is humble and has plenty of seating. Their matching dinnerware is so cute and aesthetic even if they're plastic. To order, you scan the QR code to see the menu. There are lots of options for appetizers, main dishes, drinks, and even combos. I always get the combo that includes an appetizer, noodles, and a drink. My go-to is the potato twist, tomato potato soup, and the hawthorn drink. Because of the nature of potato starch, it makes the noodles super chewy and creates a nice texture. If you've ever tried a tornado potato stick in Japan, Super Potato's potato twist is a similar idea. However, instead of thinly slice potatoes seasoned with salt or dry seasonings, the potato twist is sliced much thicker and topped with ketchup and sweet mustard. It may sound like an odd combo, but somehow the sauce really complements each other. The texture is also chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Overall, the food quality is superb and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

This place has everything I love--different forms of potatoes! I love their variety of appetizers; you can never pick just one. I got the potato twist, which was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, as well as their cubed spicy potato (I forgot the exact name). I really liked this appetizer because it reminded me of the Bonchon glaze. I ordered the original spicy potato noodles to try the standard version, and I loved that it wasn't too spicy and the portion was perfect. The toppings were delicious, the broth was flavorful, and the noodles were bouncy and chewy! My boyfriend got the beef potato noodles, which I assume are the same as the original but with beef added. I can't comment on the service since you order through your phone, and they just bring your food but the owner greeted us on the way out, which was nice :) she seemed friendly!

Really love the food here! Everything is so tasty and I love the soup broth for the classic potato noodles (except I don't like potato noodles as they're too chewy for me, so I just get the regular noodles). The pork ear and cucumber has to be one of my favorite appetizers, I didn't think this combo would be so delicious! The employees here are very quick to help you get what you need, so I really appreciate that! It's much more spacious inside than I expected, but during peak hours you can expect to wait a bit before being seated.

Super Potato SO GOOD! I noticed this place the last time I was in the plaza picking up bb.q chicken next door. So for my solo lunch date I decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. I ordered the combo A - classic noodle soup, super potato and passion fruit tea. I was expecting the noodles to be a little bit more chewy but I still really enjoyed the texture. Their broth is very tasty, very well balance and had a slight nutty after taste. I couldn't stop eating it. I was surprised that I finished the whole bowl. I am a sucker for hot soup and loved that even after I finished my noodle the broth was still warm. And they don't skimp on the topping either. The crispy potatoes were delicious too! I really like the sauce they toss them in. The fruit tea was refreshing! I can't wait to come back to try the other flavor soups. Service was fantastic. Fast, friendly and they even stopped by to give me extra napkins without me asking. I also appreciate that they have a section for solo dinners so I can enjoy my lunch with the wall in front of me and watch my kdrama. Super Potato is definitely worth checking out!

Super Potato is known for their potato noodle dishes and other potato foods! There are both spicy and nonspicy options. There was no wait upon arrival. We were quickly seated. We got the stir fried potato shreds and beef noodle soup. The stir fried potato shreds have a sesame taste. Some people might find the appetizer over oily due to the use of sesame oil for stir frying. The beef noodle soup is spicy! There is a nonspicy options if you are interested in that. It is more of a numbing spicy instead of a burn so eating slowly is best if you want to taste the ingredients. Was packed with fish ball, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, fried tofu, and some other additional toppings. Comes out boiling hot in a bowl with a handle! The meal is filling and is a good portion size for price. Extra potato noodles used to be free but they charge 99 cents now. Recommended for spicy lovers. Overall, we love the potato noodles and will be back again!!
